3. Ordering & payment
No online payment on this website: you pay at the restaurant. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Delivery
The restaurant does not deliver orders itself; delivery is available by ordering through the Uber Eats platform, subject to that platform’s terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
